WW2 RAF Heliograph mirror

A standard WW2 British Heliograph mirror that was issued to R.A.F. flying personnel.
It was issued with the orange life preserver.

Meant to send light signals when downed over water or land.
Like a kid we all played with the sun and its reflection on a shiny object.
Well, this works the same, but the hole in the middle of the mirror was used as an aiming aid to reflect the sunlight towards the target you want to reach with your light signals.

Nice little survival aid in perfect working order and readable instructions!
