WW2 German field telephone

A WW2 German field telephone in its Bakelite kind of casing.
Complete with side crank handle.
On the top of the lid is the German army alphabet for spelling of messages.

There is a little damage on one of the corners from the lid, but nothing really disturbing.
To my opinion the cable between telephone and handset is replaced for a newer version.

Telephone set it self is marked with a small waffenambt eagle.
The inside of the handset is dated 1941 and also has an inspection date of 1942.

Nice decorative item!
