WW2 German diner knife

Light used German WW2 metal diner knife.
It is made from a light metal, so my guess is that it is made from aluminum.
The handle it self feels solid and is quite heavy.

The knife is marked with the RAD badge and a swastika (Reichs Arbeids Dienst or translated something like Royal Workers Unit).
Below the badge some letters, but I don’t know the meaning of them.
On the back the knife has a logo with “Borsward” in the centre.
