WW2 standard British binocular
Description / purpose:
Heavy black MkII type binoculars used by all British WW2 branches.
Nice binoculars with clear lenses and in the right lens are direction markings.
Complete with wartime webbing carrying strap.
On the left side marked with “bino prism No 2 MkII x6 No230…”
Difficult to read, because it is partially worn of or painted over.
On the right side marked with manufacturer and dated.
You have to play with the light to read it, but can be done easy.
Date shows 1941 or 1943.
Condition: light used / clear lenses / no carrying case
