WW1 German picture postcard 1914

A very nice WW1 German postcard that shows a group of German soldiers in uniform and also a large group of nuns and nurses.
On the side is the German text “Krankenhaus Landshut 1914”
Translated it would be “Hospital Landshut 1914”
It is an actual picture, from which they made a postcard.

The postcard is unwritten on the back.
