Russian Naval cap badge

Russian metal cap badge.
Cap is a big word, because it is actually worn on a military fur hat.
The badge represents the branch of the Navy.
It is a hollow pressed version with 2 cotter pins to attach it to the hat.
My guess is that it is from the 70’s, but I am not sure on that.

No markings that I could find.

Condition is light used.
