U.S. Armed Forces Reserve Medal

This medal comes complete with its ribbon bar.
The Armed Forces Reserve medal was awarded for 10 years of honourable and satisfactory service within 12 year period as a member of one or more of the Reserve Components of the Armed Forces of the United States.
The medal could be found with a bronze “M” on the ribbon, what means that the holder of the medal was called to active duty.
There could also be a bronze or silver hourglass on the ribbon, what meant that the owner served 20 years ( bronze ) or 30 years ( silver ).
