WW2 U.S. wool blanket No.7
Very large WW2 wool blanket that was used by all U.S. soldiers from all Departments.
I have measured the blankets, and they are about 1,68 x 2,25 meters ( about 5.6 x 7.5 feet )
They are also mentioned in “GI collector’s guide Volume 1” on page 110.
In the book you can see the label marked “type I” and I have both the type I and II
What the difference is?
Some one pointed out to me that the “type” depends on the weave of the material.
A perfect piece of gear, equipment that suits every diorama or mannequin.
Markings: labelled with a perfect label. See pictures.
Condition: never used / light moth damage because of storage
