WW2 style British Galvo-meter

Better known as the multimeter.
These were used to test electrical circuits, but are best known for their use by the Engineers.
They used them to check the connections of explosive charges, before the plunger was connected and that they were sure the demolition charge would go sky high when it supposed to do so.

This is a post-war version from 1948, but almost identical to the WW2 versions.

It is complete with its original leather carrying case and sling.
All instruction and value plates are still present.

Neat item  to be used as a filler until a wartime version is found or to be used during re-enactment instead of the rare and expensive WW2 version.
