U.S. large first aid dressing in box

U.S. dressing, first aid, camouflaged, large

Description / purpose:
pretty big carton box (compared to other single packed packages) that contains only one first aid dressing.
Date is a point of discussion, because some believe that a “stock no.” is post war.
How ever, I have seen wartime dated medical items with a “stock no.”

Markings: Contence description on the front and sites, as also manufacturer details and drawings for use on the back of the box.
Condition: unused
